I haven't been on a plane in 20 years and sometime in 2024 I'm getting on one to fly home to Hawaii to retire, and ANA is now officially at the top of my list of airlines I'd like to fly with. And I plan to go business class if not first class.

Good for you! I’m also retiring next year so I guess we have something in common. The flight Sonny took clearly had older than normal seats compared to other ANA flights, so It would probably be useful to check if the latest configuration would be available. When you book with ANA, they would always indicate the type of plane and the seating. I would avoid any code shared flights. Cheers.

Ana had some of the smallest seats of any airline I've been on. I had premium economy seats and it was still very cramped on the flight to Japan, and the food was okish...but they did do extremely heavy pours on all their mixed drinks so it helped me fall asleep and forget i was uncomfortable

ANA and Singapore Airlines are my favorite. Even economy feels like Business/1st compared to US carriers. They actually believe and pride themselves in providing excellent service.
