Angel Cruz Park have Lao and Cambodian vendors selling food everyday of the week. You have to find the right vendor that has the authentic Cambodian twako sausage. It has a slight sour flavor from the lime leaves and rice being fermented in the sausage mixture. You tried the Lao sausage, which is good as well. If you go to Angel Cruz Park in the middle of April, it's Cambodian New Years. There are more food vendors and it's a big celebration.

​@@shination3846 You're welcome. I recommend going to the Cambodian temple in Stockton for Cambodian New Years in middle of April. You can take your family there. It's open to the public and definitely better than Angel Cruz Park. It has more food vendors, live Cambodian music, dancing and huge statues of the life of Buddha to look at. Bring extra cash to pay for parking and food/drinks.
