Hi Lauren, I admire you so much, I couldn't agree with you more on your view of the Oceans!! There's something about the ocean and the wildlife! Man I'd love to visit the Shore to door one day, looks like a great place to hang out and enjoy the wonderful seafood! In the Mediterranean (in Italy) we often eat whole fish and, I must say, it generally tastes different than ocean fish, it's tasty and less stringy... ;)

Unfortunately the majority of trash in the Ocean comes from people littering on land. Wind and rain wash the trash into storm drains, canals and rivers and carried out into the Ocean.
