Some interesting facts - Here, the food is a true taste of history. Only Indian-origin fruits, vegetables, and spices are used-no foreign ingredients like tomatoes or capsicum or foreign spices. Every bite reflects what your ancestors ate lets say 1000 of years ago, untouched by modern changes-authentic Indian-origin cuisine! The cooking method is just as fascinating. They use pots which are vertically stacked, with 9-10 pots balanced over a single flame. Surprisingly, the pot on the top cooks first, not the one closest to the flame. A marvel of ancient culinary wisdom! Another remarkable tradition here is that the food you order never runs out until everyone is full. A single small pot seems to feed everyone, no matter how many people are present-an enchanting mystery that always leaves everyone satisfied. Moreover, if animals approach you for food, you cant say no to not share your Mahaprasad ! This is why, in Puri, it’s customary to set aside a portion of your meal before eating for animals. After all, you never know when Lord Jagannath might appear in disguise to accept your offering!

The spices shown in the video ( image where different spices are there on the Sila Pua Video time 3.10) shows onion ( if I am not mistaken). The Mahaprasad is made without Onion and Garlic. May be the video and that particular image needs to be corrected .
