My Nana also loved to watch these videos. Her dementia had increased quite drastically by last Christmas but the last time I spent time with her it was watching Mark Wiens and Food Ranger videos. She loved the colours, always saying 'look at all the colors, aren't they so beautiful'. Also helped to get here in the mood to eat as it also got quite difficult at the end, though, the colours didn't quite translate to her plate.

Exactly why I always have the house cook it. Unfamiliar grill+unfamiliar meat=familiar burned flavor. Used to be a chain in US called UR Cooks where you cooked your own steak. Seen many high priced disasters there.

We've been to "Best Beef" in Sukhumvit Bangkok. The place is huge, but we still had to take a ticket for a waiting line of an hour. I think we were the only tourists there. Worth the wait.

You’re not suppose to flip the meat until it browns and forms a crust hen it will lift off easily.

Mark listen to me.When you grilling meat basic rule is put it on a sizzling hot plate and do not touch it for a minute or two.A crust will form on the meat and you will be able to manoeuvre the meat without breaking it up
