Gavin's pizza toppings are similar ingredients to what indian people commonly use as side dishes when eating naan bread. Some of them you do put on the naan bread like pizza toppings, but others, like chutney, are typically used like a dipping sauce. Naan can be served like pizza in some places. So Gavin basically made an Indian pizza.

I've got a great pizza dough recipe, we used an alternative of Wolfgang puck's pizza recipe, replace half of the sugar with honey, and throw some rosemary and oregano in the dough recipe, and the crust turns out almost tasting like a challah bread, and it's amazing.
