Eating well during chemotherapy

I find fermented organic unsweet dairy products super helpful, both with managing my constipation and bowel regularity, as well as helping me keep weight on. I use full fat yoghurt, kefir and sour cream. They are high in probiotics, calcium, protein and vitamin D3. Hope this helps someone. Keep on fighting! 🙂💪

i heard that fasting during chemo helps lessen the side effects of chemo and starves the cancer cells - so that fasting and chemotherapy work together
