Pro Tip: Do NOT go to the Ellsworth WI Cheese Curd Festival, order Ellsworth Coop Creamery curds (fresh!) hand dipped in batter (fresh!) and fried, then pick your sauce from the Dipping Sauce Station (wth? Yes, a Station of Sauce) . It just wrecks you for any other deep fried curd. For the Rest.Of.Your.Life. P.S. love seeing Ron. And more, like seeing how much you enjoy each other.
