Eating is a feast for the mind, body, and soul. And of course, we all know that we eat with our eyes as much as our mouths, right?
Welcome to one of the first steps on the journey to becoming a food plating expert!
With this Masterclass, in partnership with the world leading International Culinary Studio (ICS), and Chef Andy Cordier, Hosco wants to help you understand ‘Eating With Your Eyes - The Art of Plating’!
Learn the artistry of making plates of food pop like Instagram pictures, so no matter if you are a professional looking to build a personal brand, or an amateur looking for compliments (and potentially a career change), you will have the knowledge you need.
In this 50 minute, live and direct virtual masterclass, Chef Andy Cordier will take you through the 10 most important points to think about when plating and how to apply them to a three course meal of starter, main, and desert!
About International Culinary Studio

About Chef Andy Cordier
Chef Andy brings a wealth of knowledge from his years of experience as a culinary competition judge, and he has competed in the culinary Olympics representing South Africa. Born in South Africa, he moved to Christchurch New Zealand years ago. A highlight of his career was catering for Nelson Mandela’s release from prison, for his birthday and sadly also for his memorial service.
