So guys, if you remember, last year I went to this incredible little restaurant
여러분이 혹시 기억하시는 지 모르겠지만, 작년에 제가 갔던 엄청난 식당 중에
Called Budu Sikdang
부두식당이라는 곳이
And this place is famous for selling a really special Gangwondo fish
아주 특별한 강원도 생선을 팔고
That is available only in the wintertime
겨울에만 먹을 수 있는데요.
It’s called “Dochi Altang.”
“도치알탕”입니다.
Dochi is this really ugly little suckerfish
도치는 정말 못생긴 빨판이 있는 생선입니다.
In the wintertime, it’s belly fills with these huge egg sacs
겨울엔, 뱃속이 어마어마한 알 주머니로 가득 차죠.
And the eggs are beautiful pearly white.
그리고 그 알들은 아름다운 진주 빛 흰색이예요.
And, this place does Dochi altang with amazing…I think it’s magunji
이곳에서 정말 엄청난 도치알탕을 맛볼 수 있어요. 묵은지도 들어가구요.
It’s some kind of kimchi stew.
김치찌개인데요.
My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it.
입에 침이 고여요 말하는 것만으로도요.
It’s one of my favorite soups, not only in Korea
