I was really hoping the Processing Times for the PERM would be at the least in November 2023, and the site was just updated and they are still in September 2023, it’s been if I am not mistaken 3 or 4 months stuck in September 2023! Hopefully they would do something about the I140 processing times.

No worries guys, just 1300 pending cases from Sept, they are processing about 400 per day so all Sept must be done this week as they have started with 50 cases aprox of Oct this month as well
