National Interest Engineers having only bachelor's degree with 10 + years experience in the similar field can only apply in the category of National Interest? They are not eligible to be considered as advance degree holder. am i right?

Advanced Degree could be if you have a Master; Engineer + 5 years or another professional with a certification + 10 years. About NIW -that is what we need to prove with base your resume + academic history.

I am surprised why you looking such eb2 despite yu already proceeding on much higher level with regards to your studies which surely could lead you towards direct employment in US which off course a direct source of obtaining US Green Card i think you should concentrate on your ongoing postdoc which definately allows your family to stay with you in US. Great info. I think I want to contact you with proper write up sometime this weekend, I have over 20 years of experience with proper salary increments and different roles. I am in my current project for the last 4.5 years except for 6 months in between as I was moved into another project to help them and my Ex-colleagues from both teams simply love the way I work. But not sure whether that is something that supports me. I also have an award that I won for major improvement to the process from my previous organization, actually have multiple but never stored them, the last one was stored by my wife for some reason..
