Thanks, Oscar! your videos helped us a lot!. My husband, has a Ph.D. in computer science and was recently approved. They are making it much more easier to demonstrate national importance for those with advanced STEM degrees, can be a master's or Ph.D. A colleague with a similar background applied without recommendation letters and got approved too.

I started with your guidance, Oscar, in January 23, the package took me a month to prepare, 3rd March I filed with USCIS, 8th June I got appoved, now 15th Oct and found myself stuck with NVC even to file my documents for consular processing. Right now, after investing nearly $3,000, I am starting to doubt the credibility of the process all in all 😢

I don't do profile evaluations. In terms of your studies, you qualify as advanced degree holder, but then you need to look at the Matter of Dhansar and build a winning case. Check eb2niw.info and my course if you want to do it yourself.

There's nothing "guaranteed". Until the adjustment of status is approved, or the consular officer approves, nothing is guaranteed. But, the I-140 step is the hardest and usually if the petitioner has been truthful throughout the process, it should not be a problem
