EB832 Repairing Burned Out AC Circuit

Spreading my questions out across in multiple videos, because KZbin will promote your channel more if all videos have comments: I'm considering buying a used apex el. It's less than a year old. Is there anything I should specifically look out for on a used apex?

Thanks. I'd look for that UL label on the back of the EB832. Also, perhaps make sure that each 120v outlet registers wattage and can be turned on and off on demand. Everything else is really an internal inspection. In my repair videos I talk a lot about Apex internal aquabus circuit issues. All of them have to do with overheating and lower quality components, which can be seen visually, but requires taking apart modules.
