How to construct house by avoiding water leak for a contempoary flat roof ? ( it was mentioned slop sunshade , that is good) other solution ? slop terrace ? sunshade all over house ? on terrace how to avoid water leak ? what methods should adopt during construction ?

Its better to avoid contemporary flat designs its not advisable in kerala with heavy rainfall.

@@cyrilthottumkal terus work with sheet might good so that the floor can utlize for something , but if budget is not there , is there any problem doing terus work with sheet later ?

@@msajidvp5428 the only problem is with the aesthetics otherwise truss work is most efficient and durable while waterproofing chemicals durability is not that long lasting. Mostly the warranty is of 10 years or less. If we use clay tile instead of sheet we can reduce temperature too and also give an aesthetically appealing elevation. but the load on the building increases so provide strong foundation. Also in design part try to make a design which incorporates elevation with slope roof and the roofing part can be done gradually afterwards

Leaks are due to micro cracks in concrete so the problem is due to improper concreting and so if budget doesnot allow the time of trusswork can be delayed as it is a double layer to prevent leak and won't act as protection

വേണ്ട കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഒരിക്കലും വെള്ളം ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് വലിച്ചെടുക്കില്ല.. എക്സാമ്പിൾ : മെയിൻ സ്ലാബ് താഴെക്ക് വെള്ളം കടത്തി വിടില്ലല്ലോ അതുപോലെ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ക്യുറിങ് ടൈം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ വെള്ളം വലിച്ചെടുക്കില്ല

വീടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അതു വെക്കാനായി ശ്രമിച്ചുകൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുക, രണ്ടു കയ്യും രണ്ടു കാലും ഒരു തലയും മാത്രം മതി ഒരു വീടിനുള്ള മൂലധനമായി.. ഇതുപോലുള്ള വീഡിയോയുടെ താഴെവന്നു സെന്റിയടിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും വേണ്ടിയുള്ള കമന്റാണിത്

കാനകളിൽ ഇടുന്ന സ്ളാബ്, കക്കൂസ് കുഴികളിൽ ഇടുന്ന സ്ളാബ്, ഇതിനൊന്നും പരുക്കൻ, ഗ്രൗട്ട്, ഡോ.ഫിക്സ് ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ കോല്ലങ്ങൾ ലീക്കുഠ പൊട്ടലുഠ ഇല്ലാതെ വണ്ടികൾ പോലും കയറി പോകുന്നു. എന്നാൽ വീട് വാർക്ക മാത്രം ചോരുന്നു . കാരണഠ.
