In this video, we are going to talk about how an eBay buyer contacted us saying they didn't receive their item from the Post Office stating that it was 'missent'. We are going to share what the Post Office means with that phrase and what had happened so far thereafter. We are also going to share what items we sold on eBay and Mercari.

We have had a issue as of late with a few items that the USPS for some reason has not scanned after we dropped the items off. Have any of you faced this issue as of late?

That is why i ALWAYS take my items to the counter and get a receipt.

@@haliesjewelryandcrafts We use to but we have a printer that can and does the same thing and gets you tracking and all the perks. This was just a USPS lack of doing the job right issue.

This happened to me twice last week and one of the buyers opened a claim. That's how I found out about it. I talked to the people at the post office and they said it was mis-sent to, but its been redirected to it's destination. They couldn't tell me why the package was mis-sent but they said it should arrive in a couple days. Of course the buyer did get the item, but never cancelled the claim so I had to wait 24 hours for eBay to release those funds. It's my opinion that once that item is scanned in at the post office it is not longer my problem. I can't control the post office, but buyers don't think about that. I don't guarantee delivery date, eBay does. If I ship the item with in my store guidelines the delivery details should be between eBay, the post office and the buyer. If it were, eBay would get the full scope of these problems and maybe hold USPS a little more accountable. I also hate that eBay's first solution is for the seller to just refund the buyer....."The buyer is saying they didn't get their package. Click here to refund the buyer." SO ANNOYING!!!!!!. LOL
