I have this turbo on my car in the dual ball bearing turbo and it is amazing for the price. $520 and it's already made 588 whp on 22 psi and that was on stock GSR cams! Now it's got Skunk 2 Tuner stage 3 cams, so it should make more on lower boost. It's a good turbo for the price! Kyle from Boostedboiz made over 700 whp on his built H22 hatch with this turbo too!

Hey man maybe this is a dumb question. Did oil leak from the feed and return line when removing the turbo? If so how did you avoid making a mess? My turbo just blew up on me too same exact symptoms as your and I’m sending it back to precision turbo for a rebuild.

Brroiooo. I just got a gt35r and I used to have a vf38 twin scroll on before the 35r but now it's poping pretty bad afr go in to the danger zone. My vf ran my k series like a dream no tune. Just ran so well. I'm still on 5 lbs range and I'm guessing it's the amount of air in moving now. New sidewinder 44 mm waist gate on a 8 lbs doing that makes like 4 lbs for unknown reasons witch is fine till I get a pump and injectors. Now I'm getting discouraged because I spent like 7 days building a manifold on my hf welder and a grinding wheel. 4 1/2in. I stay at home and take care of my kid but I just can't survive with no job. .my car is for my mental health even know all I do is work on it .. Court date coming soon tune or no more money. tune.

@@alltheboost9413 I ordered it on the eBay app a while back. I just searched for ball bearing GT3582. Check it out. I paid $508 for mine. It's worth it considering the quality of the turbo and the closest name brand equivalent is about $2000.

I read ya comment's and Alot people asking what turbo this is?it's the duel cored bearings turbo and about $5/600,that's the one to get,don't get the jurnal bearings turbo that's about $1/200..... These turbo's are hit and miss,but if get the other cheap unit don't expect it last a week....

you may wanna use the gasket ebay turbo the flange usually ain't as flat as something of a real one but you might get lucky

How would this turbo do on a mid mount setup if i only put it on one side on the passeger side manifold? Would it do fine if only 3 cylinders feed it? I don't want to complicate the tubing under my car. I'm trying to do it as budget as possible. It's a VQ. Infiniti G35x sedan.

What did you have to do with the leak? Thread tape? I’ve been thinking about buying one of those turbos eventually and wondering any flaws and fixes for them. Also would you happen to know anyone with a 96 acccord lx/dx auto ecu and fuel injector relay box? I’m having intermittent skipping and misfire. I replaced the dizzy with an eBay one and I’m wondering if it’s a faulty dizzy or what but some days it runs ok and then sometimes it jumps and skips randomly while driving.

I’ve never used the coolant lines on any of my turbos and they all survived. I figured it’s just a source for a potential leak. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Good point even though I prefer Bald Eagles and Arco gas in the power adding department. I love turbo setups and the music they make but I'm allergic to expensive. I'm also afraid of the shithead gremlins that seem to come with boosting setup and tuning.

Not here to bitch but listen. Run the dam coolant lines to the Turbo! Nobody does because there to dam lazy to hook them up. I dont see an OPR on there either? Are you still running the old school oil line restrictor on your ball bearing turbo? Call TurboSmart and order a t40 OPR man...love your videos. I watch every episode 😁.
