BETRAYAL OR FRAUD COSMOS MADUKA VS IFEANYI UBA PART 2

Coscharis Group/ Dr. Cosmas Maduka a self-made and successful Nigeria businessman with a credible global reputation and affiliation undertook a facility for the finance of Premium Motor Spirit on behalf of Capital Oil Ltd/Ifeanyi Uba after so much persuasion and plea for assistance by the later to enable him expand his business scope.
The relationship started off smoothly in May 2011 on six tranches until October 2011 when Capital Oil/Ifeanyi Uba reneged on his obligation by failing to comply to the dynamics of the business transaction on the 7th to 11th tranche.
Thereby leading to an unserviced debt portfolio of over N21billion in Coscharis' name as at date in view of Capital Oil/Ifeanyi Uba's non-settlement of the disbursed funds and the unknown status of the financed cargo.

We're talking of millions of dollars here, bro. ........you would have shouted more than this, if you were. Do you know the psychology behind shouting? A person shouts when they are in pain and feel unheard. Ubah is highly connected and could have circumvented the laws, agencies, and systems that could have brought him to book. I live in the US as many others do and there's places where people can go and shout out their frustrations, but not in public, finally there's a level where one attains in society that it doesn't look dignified or graceful to shout, if anything it reduces or diminishes someone's stature. Dr Maduka should come to London & lodge a complaint with the Metropolitan Police. Obviously, this was a civil matter initially but it has now tipped over to criminal & it now ceases being a matter of Maduka V Uba. Henceforth, it should be CPS V Uba/Shipping Company/Agent. Once the Shipper is charged for issuing fake documentation, Uba will be required attend an interview under caution. If he fails to do so, he will be declared Wanted by Interpol & will be a fugitive for the rest of his life.

I think Dr. Maduka shouldn't have agreed to the financing of 6 shipments at a time... ??? That was where the temptation came in! He should have followed his natural organic growth in business principle - one at a time, especially realizing that he knows so little about petroleum business. Even Banks may still be in awe or shocks about what happened since the original shipping documents are still with them. Some of the cold facts in this matter are as follows: 1. Dr. Maduka did not define his exit point & was carried away by the initial successes achieved with the first five tranches. 2. Dr. Maduka & the Bank did not consider this kind of situation happening so as to provide mitigants for it. So I can be in possession of the shipping documents and the goods will disappear?? I guess insurance professionals will need to study this kind of situation and expand their clauses to capture this kind of mysterious situation. 3. This is an international business trade issue and since no vessel or ship has been seen on Nigeria water, Dr. Maduka should simply sue the shipping company abroad & join Mr. Ifeanyi as a co respondent or defendant. 4. Although it wasn't mentioned, could this business have been a joint venture or simply put, was Dr. Maduka benefited or shared from part of the profits of the successful consignments. If yes, the drive for more huge profit (profit maximization) could have partly caused or responsible for the decision to jump to 6 consignments at the same time. 5. The Bank needs to be settled and Dr. Maduka has to secretly discharge his obligation as the primary obligor without letting Mr. Ifeanyi to know, so that he will not take the advantage. I assume there is a working settlement with the Bank already! 6. Mr. Ifeanyi may continue to claim ignorant of what happened as well since he is not in possession of the shipping documents that will enable him clear the goods and this will continue until a thorough investigation is carried out on the shipper who loaded the goods and generated the shipping documents. Somehow the shipper is possibly compromised. 7. This matter is not about Dr. Maduka alone but a serious threat to the breach of international trade, which the government of the importing country or countries will be interested in. 8. I salute and commend Dr. Maduka for his efforts at rescuing Mr. Ifeanyi and do hope that this will not affect him from rendering future help and assistance.

With due respect Dr Maduka, I see no reason why you should stick your neck out for people of questionable character like Ifeanyi Uba. If you are better than most people at what you do, people will like you; but one wicked soul may hate you for that and fight to wrongly get you blacklisted in as many groups as he can.
