man, ive been patient for decades now. Im tried of seeing my favorite team lose every week. This franchise deserves better, the fans deserve better. At this rate it starts to feel like robbery. Takeaway: OC and oline coaches need to at very least be on the hot seat internally. How does your OC not allow Caleb at least 1 chance to throw on that goal line stand when Bears were down 7-0? I am just looking for improvement in each game, don't fall for the media hype that Bears will be wining playoff games this season. My concern is with the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator, are they improving? At least Waldron got Roschon some touches and passing plays to Kmet. Waldron has a young talented offense, he needs to adapt his game plan to best utilize the abilities of his players.

-Ryan Poles is a terrible GM, an arrogant person who walks around as if he’s accomplished something… when in reality he’s done nothing, Caleb was his guy from the beginning didn’t even interview J Daniels, I’m fine with the ultimate decision to draft Caleb, but it was hubris not to do his due diligence…. -Then the assumption that just bringing in Caleb makes the OLine better, he’s bringing in bad Olineman that he personally likes for whatever reason. -Flus showed last year he wasn’t a championship caliber HC and he kept him on anyway because he was “his guy”. Hired Waldron who’s bad and not only retained but promoted Chris Morgan who’s the head of a bad OLine and now run game. -Poles not cleaning house with a legit HC should be his downfall, clean house again
