I think it's great that your students are incentivized to figure out what it is you're commanding them to do by really engaging and participating! I think that checking comprehension more often and directly would ensure that your students really understand, but this is great stuff!

This is a great lesson that allows students to improve their French listening skills a great deal! Good job! I think the teacher can take this lesson to the next level by having the students also SAY the words that the teacher is saying so that they also practice their SPEAKING! How about having students repeat some of the commands and/or asking the teacher to do similar tasks?

Speaking is not recommended for beginners. It increases anxiety decreasing their learning.
