EBL 300 Power Station Review

If you're looking for a small, reliable power station that you can take just about anywhere, the EBL 300 is a good bet in my humble opinion. With one small caveat. :)

I've been wanting and needing one of these desperately..I had my entire camp robbed and they took everything.y generator was the biggest hit and I had wanted it for so long and it made my chosen life easier, better. And they even took my dog bowls and my dead dad's favourite knifes and even my sign that said " camp occupied, beware of dogs"! I want something like your station you e got there but I can never decide between this one and that one and then it's the money, always the money.. in saying that you look so satisfied!! @MarYahweh Repeating the generic statement of repentance does not show people the love of God. Repentance in the Hebrew actually means "turn away" and sin means to "fall short" of the Glory (presence) of God. Many people don't know this after the last 50 years of preachers using fear tactics (threat of hell) to get people to repent... those methods have been proven not to work and have often pushed people away because they don't know the basics of the Gospel.

these tiny power stations easily fit in a tote bag. while sitting in the library (or a coffee shop, or McDonalds, or one of the few surviving Barnes & Noble's) on a rainy, 'no solar' day, it is easy to "charge up" discreetly. i see lots of people charging their little "bricks" this way, and this little cube is just as portable. 🐦🐦🐦❤❤❤

That was a very thorough and well-explained review! I love how you explained some of the important beginner things like not drawing down the battery past the manufacturer recommendations, and to take that into account when determining how much power you'll need. Thank you for this review. You have taught me quite a bit even though I have watched other power station reviews from people like Bob Wells. I like the idea that it can charge at the same time as discharging. I could see that coming in handy. Also I did not know that it is recommended for other units to only discharge 50% and that this one can go down to 20% is a bonus. I was looking into the AllPowers models. If you ever do a review for those, I would love to hear it. They seem to have great specs and affordable pricing with coupons and discounts for Prime members all the time. Also, if you do a review of solar panels, this brand would be good too.

I sure could of used that EBL Power Station this past weekend as we went out of state for a family reunion and got to our Cabin and realized that they didn't have a fan or Ceiling fan in the bedrooms and I hadn't brought my fan. I tossed and turned trying to go to sleep but wasn't able to because I didn't have my fan for the Noise and my hot flashes, I finally had the idea to search KZbin for Fan Noise and there it was many many videos of fan Noise (evidently I am not the only one who has to have fan noise to sleep hahaha 😅 🙃 😂).By the next morning my phone was almost dead from listening to the fan noise all night long so that EBL Power Station definitely would be nice to have to carry with me to be able to charge my phone and run my new fan that I went and bought the next morning. 😆 🤣 😂

Great review Birdie! I have 4 now with various wattages. Guess I’m preparing for an apocalypse, lol. No really, I love off grid camping. Unfortunately my van developed a wiring issue and she got donated to Habitat for Humanity. I splurged on a hybrid SUV with AMAZING mileage. So you might say my vehicle is mostly off grid as well, it’s a no plug version. I’ll be micro camping. And I’m not a minimalist 😂. Love to see you, you’re the best!

Most power stations have an Eco mode (what you call hibernation). My EB70S does it as well. But you can turn it off. On my Bluetti, you push the DC and AC buttons at the same time, then the DC alone and it turns off. I did this last Saturday and it kept my 12 V refrigerator running, without stopping, while I took a day trip to The Historic Alexandra Lodge restoration fundraiser. I had the fridge plugged into the 12 V port in the back of Monty (2009 Pontiac Montana) for the trip there and back, and on the Bluetti while parked for four hours. It worked like a charm. Yay for minivans. :) My Bluetti also has flat charging, but, alas, my phone is only an i-Phone 6S, so It doesn't, plus Siri only works when I push the button or if the phone is plugged in to charge. But not when I'm using it to drive with Google maps. Luckily, I saved my route and things like gas stations, before the trip, so I could easily find one with a good review to fuel up before returning home. There was a really good restaurant in Boston Bar, too, but I had cooked hot dogs in my lunch pail cooker, so I wasn't hungry. It was super hot out, so I was glad to get back to my AC to drive and back to my house where the AC was on for my cats. I left most of my camping gear in Monty, brought perishables and inside stuff in the house, stripped to my underwear and went to bed. One day, I'll sleep in Monty, but in 36 C (96.8 F) weather, even with a rechargeable fan, it was just too hot. Cheers. Jon in rural BC, Canada

Hi, Jon! That's so good to know about the eco mode and being able to turn it off on some models. I couldn't find a way to do that with this station, but maybe the bigger capacity ones do have the option. That's good to know for if I run into that on bigger stations. I'm hoping to replace mine someday so this is good to have in my back pocket. And yes, 98 F is entirely too hot to sleep! I'm so glad you had AC to retreat to. And for your kitties! ❤️

I love the size! I have a 300w power station that’s twice the size & very heavy. It also takes 6 hours to charge on the solar panels. This little guy seems to be way more practical!

hi birdie, love your channel, and always look forward for a video, i'm more of a silent watcher, i have the same ebl and i got it off amazon on sale, i love it and it works with my phone witch is a revl6 witch is awesome just takes a while to charge and it works great my projectors too :)

I have a different brand that is almost identical to this one. I have had it for several years and I love mine. The Light on the front is supper bright. I have an 1800 watt opus and I like my little one better. The big one is 40 lbs so you can't just lift it up and look at the panel.. I end up using mine like yours more often. Good practical review. If I needed another one I would buy this one.
