+ for measuring current on all 3 phases .therefore, there is no need to calculate 3 phase (if they measured current only on 2)

Sure, but this is standards for VESC based controllers that there are 3 current sensors

Noise in the system creates instability. Potentially this could result in controller failures if the instability was extreme. That's not likely in this design, but you can see increased controller failures in Flipsky and others due to inadequate/lacking filtering.
