No, they don't, and these are one of the stiffer foot pockets.

beginner to the fin- game, suggest these for a more powerful and fastest- effect on the water for the most power in all ? have an nmd bodyboard, as i’m in need for powerful fins. am a size 9.5, so what size also to suggest ? thanks

Large in these, but there are other fins worth checking. Check our all of our swimfin reviews and make your decision. Classic Vipers are powerful, but not comfortable for everyone.
