Thanks for this help with my 30+ year old morey mac 7ss the blue foam is dried out and is wilting i used the barrel (not the tip) of a soldering iron seems to reseal it well

Nice. You have any advice on how to fix a 3/8th inch deep gouge on the deck of a boogie board? My grandson (2 y/o) took a screw driver to mine...through the liner and into the foam filler. I've got 3 holes to fill now. : /

Awesome fix! Would this work on a softtop surfboard as well? Left my softtop inside the car and it formed a bubble on the deck. Thanks!

This won't work on a bubble. It's only for cuts or scratches on the foam. For a bubble, your only option would be to slit open the bubble with an x acto knife and squirt hot glue into the bubble and press down.

Sorry...not sure what you mean by "chatter". The same repair method I'm using on the rail will work on the deck. It's the same foam.
