Thanks so much for the great video. I LOVE Eufy cameras and have a half dozen. But it’s INFURIATING trying to use the HomeBase 3 as an ACTUAL ALARM 🚨. ALL the alarm sirens (homebase3 , cameras and new Eufy Siren) AUTOMATICALLY DISABLE the alarm after 30 seconds. This is before the burgled will even care about alarm. Eufy (after a dozen emails to reach a HUMAN) say this is a FEATURE to avoid noise complaints. This is to the GREAT PLEASURE of EVERY BURGLED on planet earth. So they will NOT fix this. Can you reach out to your contact and ask how they can possibly SELL an ALARM SYSTEM that AUTOMATICALLY DISABLES its own alarm whenever triggered. Please ask them and let us know what they tell you. Thanks again for the great video … and hopefully a better answer from Eufy than the idiotic one they gave us. I've got Eufy products and am a fan, but you can never call this an unbiased review when the company has provided with a full suite of products, anyone watching this vid should find a real unbiased review from someone who buys their own products.
