START USING EBS EQUIPMENT IN 1995, WHEN I MET BO AND MATS, AT THE NAMM SHOW IN LA. AFTER 25 YEARS, I AM STILL USING EBS, AND GOT MICROBASS 3 AT NAMM 2020. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY, AND MORE, AND U CAN GET ANY TONE, AND MAKE ANY BASS SOUNDS GREAT!!!

Great video. Sounds like exactly what I’m looking for. It should work nicely with a Rickenbacker. I keep looking for preamps that have the 2 inputs for stereo basses and so far this is about it. Would you say the sound of this pedal is comparable to the Reidmar series. I own a 250 and a 212 which I would absolutely love and was curious if this and IEMs would be a nice substitute for that amp for a lightweight rig. Btw, the tones you are achieving in this vid are the best sounds I have heard from this pedal.

To me,..it seems they simplified THIS version vs the EBS II ..and the “Stereo” switch is a welcome function not on the EBS II..f-_-! ) But I’m happy with the ESB II ‘cause it does the job of a Nice DI‼️..for Passive or Active Basses!! b(‘_< )

I currently use the EBS HD350 amplifier and 2 x EBS 12's speakers, I am looking to do away with my backline and use pre-amp- as I now go through the main PA and use in ear. Given I don't need a distortion/overdriven or even see me using 2 channels sound Would the MKII give me what I want as there is a significant price difference?

Have one ! No noise problems at all. I use a true tone cs6 power supply .

Hey! Really enjoyed the video but I am left with a couple questions that weren't clear to me yet; would you be able to run a stereo-mono Y cable from a Rickenbacker "rick-o-sound" jack through this thing into two amps? Thanks!
