When you need to make a blade, bullet or round terminal practicing this skill will make your electrical repairs mechanically strong and electrically sound. To get your best from your tooling, you need to follow good technique and know their limitations, when it comes to crimping terminals, and terminal crimpers, you do get what you pay for.
