It is possible but not trivial because composites do not yield but they do damage (transverse matrix cracking), so instead of plasticity, we have to use a damage model. I have a good damage model in chapter 9, video example 9.1, kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHjKiKaPqc2HbsU If you read section 7.5 in my composites book www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1466516615/booksoncompos-20 you will see that similarly to metals, composites have notch sensitivity, that can be calculated by using the damage model for various hole diameters, and then, we can calculate the SCF, so yes I am able to do it, but I don't have time, maybe you can do it.
