I think we need to be aware of our egos to recognize what our ego is telling us. I've worked with big egos, they damage engagement, blame, don't hold themselves accountable. Practicing low ego, such as admitting we don't know something, is uncomfortable and creates fear of judgement. Letting this go opens us up to collaboration and good decision making. when i removed my ego from the equation, some people took advantage of a situation. So around certain people I would never drop it, call it a defensive mechanism. Lol i fit all the criteria
