I’ve fallen behind watching some of your videos but when I start again it’s like being inside Willy Wonka’s factory. So many treats to look at. 🍬🍭😍 I can’t believe you’re still putting out so much content daily. Such a privilege to be able to view. I started water therapy over a week ago with Gollum because for some reason this year it has been unhappy. First it was unhappy from moist soil after a repot, so I sat it out for a 4-5 days to air the roots and it dehydrated badly I think due to our extreme Perth heat throughout January. I was initially scared to try water therapy but thanks to vloggers like yourself it made me more confident. It works so well! Thanks so much Liz for all your hard work.

I started watching your videos quite a few months ago now (as im a succulent lover, and love finding Australian vloggers to follow). My husband happened to overhear me listening to your vids a while back and said to me - "is that Liz Kreate?" Im like "what?" He said "it definatey sounds exactally like her, I used to watch heaps of her fossiking videos" Since then i have heard you mention your fossicking explorations a few times. We cant believe it 😂 You must just pick only the best hobbies! 😂. Thanks so much for all your content, WE LOVE IT!

I also leave most of my succulents in the wild wide open and rain on them. I just noticed that you have a group of terracotta pots, some plastic pots, some are cute interesting mainly ceramic pots. How do you decide what kind of pot to use for what succulents? Do you use master soil mix in all kinds of pots? Do you want to make one episode on this topic,Liz? 🥰

They are very strong plants Rosemarie but like most succulents, they don't like constant watering. You'll need to let the soil dry out between watering. Will definitely do a future video on this.

Liz I ordered a white shade cloth, 50% UV and they sent me a black one. Does the color really make a big difference?
@GrowingSucculentswithLizK4 жыл бұрын
Yes it does. Dark shade cloth will absorb heat making the area hotter than usual but will also cut off a lot of light. This will result in etiolated succulents. White shade cloth will reflect heat and will brighten up the area providing more light into the succulents.
@janetac17384 жыл бұрын
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK sooooooo..... I'm on Amazon right now and all the white shade cloth is 95% UV protection. That won't work, will it? I noticed that the black one they sent me is very loose knitted fabric, like light will get through because it's not tightly woven and I noticed in the pictures that I'm seeing on Amazon it's a straight tightly woven cloth looking material. I keep searching 50/60% UV and everything coming up is 95%. Should I just get the 95%? I'm so mad they sent me black and I've had the package for about a month and I just opened it yesterday so I don't even know if I can return it you think it's been too long, 😩
