Echo CS 440 Carburetor Replacement Chainsaw Carburetor adjustment

Replacement of a carburetor on a Echo CS-440 Chainsaw, really easy do to, should only take 10 min.

Just want to say thank you for posting this video! I bought this carburetor off eBay for $12, it came with a new spark plug, new fuel filter and gaskets. This new carburetor made my twenty-year-old chainsaw go from stalling when I gave it gas to running like new. It's like my old friend has been brought back to life!

Best saw I ever owned..but 20 years later it only will run with the choke out..i must need the carb cleaned or replaced..my only complaint I had with it was lack of power

My echo cs440 will wok and power (replace OEM carb.) but will not turn off until I pull choke out. Any suggestions. Thanks and God Bless

Nice job making video . I just put new carb on 1 i have . Try to start it no spark . on to next problem. I found 2 at recycle center . Hoping I can get them to work. What is the tube I notice white cap on end of it . First I thought need a primer bulb . Is that a vent for gas tank? Should be replace after a while?

It is a air vent cap,, you don't have to replace it unless it is broken or clogged.
