I have replaced the spark plug, cleaned the carburetor, and made sure everything is working as it should with hoses, springs, etc. Blower still won't start. There is one weird thing that I thought you might be able to identify... Normally, when you pull the pully to start a blower, there's a slight catch before it gets fully extended. This blower, there isn't that catch when you pull. It's just smooth the whole way. Do you know why this might be? I'm assuming this might be why it's not starting.
