In all honesty I will say it again here for this video if I were a content creator for Immortal and a Diablo partner. If I could clearly see that Blizz wasn't enforcing their ToS rules when it is clearly needed. Then I would leave Immortal along with severing my partnership with Blizz telling them I cannot conscientiously continue as a content creator for Immortal and support Immortal as long as the behavior of some of the players in the game continues. It is like the bad apples are controlling you Blizz the owner of the game. Nor could I promote the game anymore either. I would put all videos that I made concerning the game on private. Then make a video stating why they went private and why I can no longer play Immortal nor promote it, even though as a game it is a good game. The whole thing is with some people they are saying how dare you bring this to light. Let us keep doing as we please as much as we please with impunity for we are above the ToS of Blizz or any other game company, which is probably how they feel about the matter. Much like how others in the real world feel that they are above the law and should be treated as such. I would also want the same as far as playing a game that is both fair along with an even playing field for all. Where everyone is playing by the rules. Like I said above that is why I would leave a game as a content creator and maybe even as a non content creator if I feel that the same problems that are in the given servers that were listed had a chance at migrating to my server Burning Hells. This is just one reason why I am glad that I quit Immortal a little over a month ago when Path of Exile 2 Early Access became available to play. I would dare say that I don't think that Blizz will do anything concerning the problems with WoW along with Immortal's problems. It gives me a pause to wonder do I want to even bother firing up Diablo 3 or Diablo 2 Resurrected. Even though those two games are not likely gonna be touched by the same level of problems that WoW and Immortal has. It i just that they are connected to Blizz. Their terms of service will be, for some people a paperless tiger. That is what concerns me the most.

I heard that the whole server transfer, account thing is between only a few ppl chasing each other. If thats true... sad. My take on this is if you're breaking ToS and making backroom deals, what other stuff are you doing IRL? Someone bringing it up, or calling those ppl out that "make this their job" where do you get off making threats on those ppl? It's you doing the bannable offense. Deal with it. On another note, those same ppl seem to have killed the market on sapphire gems on our cluster. hopefully it will rebound.

At the end of the day, the ones reaping all the rewards amongst all these are Blizzard and Netease. Even if the game gets shut down, they have already earned a lot of money, so it's a win for them regardless the outcome.

Yeah in the short haul, but if they wanted the game to stick around for 10+ years then Blizz should've adopted a monetization model closer to Genshin Impact where you have no pay to win along with caring about enforcing their rules in a timely, fair and consistent manner. If they done that then I say that they would have more people playing and even more content creators that left would still be playing Immortal. So only getting around $1.5-maybe $2 billion as opposed to $5-$6 billion from Immortal for adopting Impact's monetization and enforcing their terms of service.

This is all so simple to me. Kincaid isnt an employee of blizzard, and any profit he is making is not as a member of blizzard or netease and therefore he should not be making ANY money. If he is, every penny of that is stolen from blizzard/netease because they should be making profits from EVERYTHING to do with this game because they own the rights to all proceeds, kincaid does not and has not spend anything to make profits from these titles. He should be sued and his business terminated. HE CHOSE TO ENGAGE IN SKETCHY BEHAVIOR and deserves every legal consequence coming his way, and its unfortunate his family will suffer for his decisions as a grown adult. But I feel zero pity for the legal issues he has coming his way and will deal with for the rest of his life when blizzard realizes how much they are losing to him every day.

Easy fix on all of it , all gems get no value in SW,Rite or brawl everyone set to stats from gear! Then even weaker but active clans will be something to look out for :) Will become better comunity and good team buildings. Whales will still smash battlegrounds,CRifts and gauntlets.

I was hunting bots and farmers in WoW back in the og vanilla before the first xpac came out. Like he said this has been going on for over 15 years and it only gets worse. Blizzard enables and profits from this broken system. Its a cash cow. Only way to fix it is to not give them any money and let them feel the pain where it actually huts. Stop expecting them to change when u know damn well from the past 2 decades they wont until its no longer profitable.

Ok, first time I made this comment it disappeared so I'll give it another try. The biggest mistake everyone here is making is thinking you're playing a Blizzard game. You're not. You're playing a NetEase game!! Sure, Blizzard has the power to stop what is going on but they don't care about this game! Blizzard just needed a Chinese partner so they can get access to the Chinese market to sell their products. That's what this game is. So, Blizzard doesn't care about this game and NetEase doesn't care what happens in their games. That's all there is. That's why everything is happening (at least in this game, can't speak about other Blizz products).

It’s more about “cheaters and non-cheaters.” I don’t care so much about the quality of the person, I care about the integrity of the in game results and how they effect my honest play within the game. I don't understand why buying/selling accounts is so controversial. If someone starts the game and spends $10k or buys an already stablished account for $10k, it's the same thing. They still have a $10k account. Seems like the only people against it are the people that can't afford it, but they're also the people that complain about the game being p2w. Find a new game if that's the case or, instead of spending time complaining, spend that time grinding and building your account and stay in your lane. Stop worrying about everyone else, it's their money and they can do what they want with it. But it is also against terms of service, so let them assume the risk of losing their money if/when the account gets banned. No. The problem is that someone pays $10k for a 10k reso account. That same 10k reso account in game requires $100k for another in game to achieve. So for one player that money is of no concern doesn’t mind dumping it for dirt cheap where as the player who does put in the money to earn it legitly feels robbed. It is pretty rude honestly.

It's also a choice to buy an account and risk it being banned and losing the money. And who is to say they spent $100k before selling their account? Maybe they did some shenanigans like susanexpress and didn't have to spend $100k. Or they're a content creator and used it as a business expense for tax purposes. And if they did spend $100k and sold it for $10k 3 years later, they wasted 3 years to lose $90k. If you spent $100k to get 10k reso and then someone paid $10k for 10k reso, sure, you might be upset you didn't know that was an option or didn't think to do it. But again, you're worried about what someone else is doing and not concentrating on you and your account. You wouldn't think it was rude if you stayed in your lane and didn't know about it or didn't care.
