What IS weird this season is all 7 loses are BY 1 goal. 3-4 ,1-2, 0-1,2-1, 1-0 , 1-0, 3-2. BUT our wins have been 4-0, 0-4, 0-3, 4-1, 4-1, 0-5, 3-1.

When trying to win the championship instead of individual matches the opposite would had been nice. That is getting 3 points for 1 goal diff, and losing games 3-1 where we want to rest starting players and can afford to throw away some games.

was good to see Dorrington get his debut as was brilliant for our u17 cup winning team couple seasons ago and we prem2 and cup winning team last year but has injury early season(maybe end of last) so good now getting minutes - Ange was asked about cover for vdv at start of season and said he didn’t want to stop the pathway for Dorrington Phillips and the Croatian Luka Vušković who turns 18 in feb and joins us next season and currently on loan in Belgium and doing really well there

Thanks for great analysis, as always! My go to channel. Within 1 minute of his PL debut Spence gets an assist, and a brilliant one. All Spurs fans have been crying out for him to start in the PL so my only crticism of Ange is why he Joined Conte in keeping him back. Bizarre. Play him!

Richard Taunton As a lifelong Tottenham supporter I was extremely impressed with our winning performance last night yes it was and outstanding performance by the team led by our Captain SON,and our play maker Maddison 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿.PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS 2 wins in 9 games ??? ( and please remember only Man City have a worse record 1 win in 11 games))Yes we all knew this was coming but let’s not go around fooling ourselves..🤔🤔🤔This performance should have happened in previous games but they didn’t because Tottenham never took there chances and once again we lose a player out injured Udogie.well you all know me I never find any faults with a wining performance 💯🎯💯🎯💯🎯👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 ..Now I know a few of you will be coming for me but before you do please remind Son and Maddison it is easy beating the bottom team in the Premier League 🤔🤔🤔 yes they both need to show us CONSISTENCY as the 2 elder statesman in the team ( turning up once in every 8 games isn’t good enough)🤔🤔🤔But I must also say this if we lose to man united on Thursday night this result will mean nothing …

Ange was completely right in his assessment. Werner is a Champs league winner, international etc.. Regardless whether he is on loan or not he should be able to put in a consistent committed performance. Of course he will play established footballers with experience over youth and up and coming lads. Spence looked good in pre-season and I'm still miffed by his absence. Porro can't defend for shit and Udogie has been awful since his injury. Agreed, Bergvail slotted nicely in to that midfield which gave us an overall better balance. The lad is still getting up to the pace of the PL but in my opinion deserves more game time than Bissouma. Overall a far more committed performance/result. We need to match that intensity and drive against Liverpool at the weekend.

Maddison is a much better player than Kulu who's just a work horse with very low end product. Maddison has 7 goals and 4 assists in the Premier League already but he's playing with trash up front. Son has been very poor this season as he's seeing the twilight of his career a great servant. Johnson won't even try to take on a man, he's scores tap ins but contributes hardly anything on the wing. Werner is awful and Solanke hardly gets any quality service because our wingers are so bad. Kulu is so frustrating because he doesn't have a good brain in the final third so he needs to improve in that area to go to the next level. Daniel Levy brings too many athletes to the club who lack composure on the ball and technical ability and that's why we're suffering, He needs to change the squad wage structure to bring in top quality ready-made players if we're to see any success at Tottenham.
