Mundaeon, Teaching awareness is not an attitude, nor is it about teaching a concept. It's becoming aware of what already is on a more subtle and more quiet level. Aren't you aware of your mind, your body or the birds singing? We all seek to be fully alive with an effort of some kind, of course mostly trapped by the mind. That's when Eckart comes in.

The “ master of the universe” story is told with Tolle’s unique timing of words and serendipity of circumstances. We all have experienced these unique experiences/stories at some point and we can share them too. Be a teacher, share your story and especially notice “ the void of unhappiness in his face” when diversity looks you straight in the eye.

The way things change from there is that there is no worry or fear of anything because you know all is ok in the very moment. even in this pandemic and the crazy horror things happening around the world, I am at peace. We all ultimately have an ending. However that ending comes at different times and in different ways. Being in the moment you know you are truly alive. Hi Just thought I would share my experience with you and whoever else wants to read I'm 38 years old up until a week ago I never really understood consciousness and presence a friend of mine introduced me to microdosing LSD 1/10 of an acid tab, 1day on 2 days off ... 2 weeks later I noticed a massive change in my very presence then I was introduced to Eckart tolle and doctor gabor mate they are the 2 most inspirational people have ever met in my life ,without dwelling on Self pity I have been grieving loss from a very early age, within 2 years I had buried my Nan my little sister my big sister my Big Brother and four my friends all at different times I have recently lost my grandad my Uncle and my mum I honestly did not want to go on living why ,?? for more people to be taken away from me! I was either dwelling on the past or worrying about the future never concentrating on the present , After watching doctor gabor mate's video on how Childhood trauma leads to addiction😯 I started to see things in a different light ,for the very 1st time in my life I can't help but think it was down to the LSD that help me to attain at higher level of consciousness much quicker and in turn helping me to realise that none of us are at fault for our addictions and Leading on from that I found Eckart tolle's book "the power of now" full audio on utube! ! they has changed my life! As unbelievable as this sounds I honestly believe for the very 1st time I have found happiness and joy within myself and I look forward to the next day❤👌🏻 Thank you very much eckhart tolle and dr gabor matte, have have both become my guru for the rest of my life AND REMEMBER, WE ARE NOT OUR MINDS WE HAVE BECOME SLAVES TO OUR MINDS WITHOUT EVEN REALISING, THINGS ARE ABOUT TO CHANGE AROUND HERE ! 🥳❤👌🏻

Taken as metaphor, one of the most underrated philosophical works in contemporary western history must be Walt Disney's Pinocchio. The process of beginning as a blank slate, struggling with ego in himself and malevolence in the world, then finding focus, learning to be true to himself, finding the true valuation in life, and becoming a "real boy". All of that was lost on me as a child, when I first saw the film. Now it makes such wonderful sense.

When I was approximately 12/13yrs old. I stayed up all night by my window in order to perceive the evening turn to dawn .. & I did. For hours I watched the sky turning different hues, until darkness descended .. Darkness itself was beautiful.. well not totally dark because there were the stars to fathom ., After many hours fascinating about the stars and knowing that dawn was still away off, I wondered what was above the sky and above the stars .. was this where God was? I had been so quiet & so still for so long that I transcended my thoughts and I came to a place that was like fog, but not even fog, there was no thing .. no smell, no sound, no God, no thing. I felt afraid for a moment .. as there was no light, no darkness, nothing.. no thing .. I remained in that state for a while having overcome my childish fear.. there aaa nothing really to feel(at least I cannot remember any feeling). I was simply existing without any sense of my body or senses… even my mind was perfectly still. Eventually I returned to my mind & the first thing I looked for was the sky and sure enough I had returned in time to see the dark morning sky pre-dawn, greet the dawn sky movement & I then watched the light creep across the sky & wondered and appreciated the swaths of colours & cloud structures before me .. A deep deep sigh .. a yawn and deep gratitude for all that I had perceived & encountered .. a mini rest & then a happy breakfast .. a memory that I can never forget 😊🙏❤️🙏🤗☘️

Universe, as meaning You....niverse, and vice versa, we are inseparable, we both have a say in what happens and what's going on in life, and to understand this more, it requires us to have a quite and peaceful mind. While many of us are still unaware, subconsciously, unconsciously, negatively or positively, being affected by each others own thoughts and ways of life, having no idea of the effects that are being manifested and created by themselves, and the interaction the universe interchanges, a growing number of us do have a notion. I'm personally almost certain that it just can't be otherwise, so I do live my life conscious of this, taking consideration with as much as I possibly can, because I believe that what I emanate, comes back to me, and so is the Universe, because each one of us are the You..inverse. One day I'll probably know more, but until then, I want to be fully part of what and of who We Are, as One... Take care, I wish we all make it to steadily increase to a higher enlightenment, that will benefit us all ✨🤜🤛👁🎶

My husband has this problem. He says there is always a song playing in his head, even when he reads. I occasionally get a song stuck in my head. I think you just have to accept it, not resist it. Resisting what is is the problem, not the song. What keeps it alive? What keeps the song stuck there? I'd say it was the resistance. There's probably a deeper psychological reason for resisting it, keeping it alive. Distraction, for instance. Only you can answer that.

I have this problem a lot too and I find it helps to mediate while focusing my attention on sounds like cars driving by or a fan whirring.

I think it’s called ear worm or brain worm or stuck song syndrome. Yes, it is annoying; one more exercise for us to work on; it never ends!
