The depth of consciousness and it’s play are beyond anyone or anything can comprehend. When a self realized moves through his journey, his relentless focus and expression as self are a beautiful phenomenon to watch and admire. When self realization happens in a being, the seed is planted which moves through the early growth phase to get comfortable with the experience while trying to understand the influence of environment through senses. Meditation like the sap of the tree continues to nurture the self and moves through breath and finds liberation in every moment with joy. Everything is a wonder for the self as it tries to understand the creation it has created and how it continues to dream every moment. Fortunate that my consciousness is self realized.

I admit I had a bunch of church programming to overcome so that I could learn deeper spiritual truths. Those protestant churches had me convinced I was going to hell. Scared me to death

@Carbon Proksi I have come to realize that Jesus Christ is the truth. I just think the church system changes his message to one of fear and judgement. I love Jesus and feel more close to my spiritual roots than ever. He's (Jesus) gave me a vision once while that hell stuff was in my head. It was the lady who was caught in adultery. But I was the person who was pulled in front of Jesus. I was standing there facing Jesus. It was the same scenario and he told me ( neither do I judge you) it relieved me of all that fear garbage. I am eternally grateful

Yes. Thats why i stopped looking at eckhart tolle videos. I started obsess over my ego and thoughts to much and it caus u more stress. It is comforting to hear him say, ” oh all u need to do is stop thinking”. think the best thing to do is accept that we ,have a ego and have millions of flaws. . Its good to know in the back of your mind that u have flaws, it make u humble and good listner.

It is. Everything you see,hear,smell, touch, think, experience is a thought.The very appearance of the world comes from thought.At least in the ultimate sense meant by Ramana Maharishi.By thought ,most people understand a ‘’mental chatter’’ happening within our skulls.In the absolute sense the only time when one is free from thought is in deep sleep.That’s why deep sleep is like enlightened state ,but eventually upon waking up,mind comes back.Stepping into deep sleep consciously is self relazation, nirvana, moksha etc.

@Vakond Simple there are two types of monks: one goes to the cave and meditates until enlightenment and stays in the cave. The other meditates in the cave until enlightenment and returns to the village to help the uninitiated. God's love be upon us that Eckhart came down from the mountain to help us.
