I have tried to explain my experiences of being in the now. I have become fully present and my sence of self was diluted until completely gone for what i remember to be about 40 minutes to an hour. I wanted so much to share this knowledge and existence of such a place. I know it to be the only thing that actually IS... being unable to explain this to friends and family in a way they could understand was excruciating! Through watching Echart Tolles teachings I had some "back up" and a reference for what I had experienced. Like most I have heard of and from people who have become the "NOW" and become concious briefly, although like myself will always be aware and awake compared to before these experiences they still hang on to and become the ego and have ties within form that are sometimes negative they/we have been trying to get back to that place ever since having experienced being totally present.

It is time to quit looking back at all the great minds that have come before us, and start living the truth of the "I AM." My book is cover-to-cover inspirational quotes from dead people. Now it is time to BE the force for Unity. We can each call our "savior" by a different name, but when all is said and done, i AM IT.

Love this! Very useful. One thing I learnt is to live in the now and enjoy the process instead of focusing so much of the future and ignoring the NOW

All was good. The "journey" to your goal is a great insight. We live our journey, not the end of the goal. I also like about the energy that goes into the goal from the journey is really important. I've actually seen this for myself in 2008 when I released my dvd. The second follow up was nowhere near in the same place and it just didn't have the same energy. I'm currently on my biggest ever "external" project for Amazon Prime Video. I feel my energy right now is in the right place to complete this work now.

Get enough attention by her merit for the entire world to recognize her by name. Probably has one lesson or two we could learn too.

@Helmut Sonntag, It does not take so much intelligence to know, that you are what you are saying, you are actually defining what you are or your own Mom, and not Mother Teresa, isn't it? No matter how you try to deny it..
