One question about it I have adapted key to instrument cluster ,after a few days it flows ,do it again it is too ,DTC about coil off immo and key ,but coil is working what is it

Can you post a video about what is required (software / hardware) to be able to do this? I know I would need an ODIS subscription ($750/year)... but what would I need for hardware / software. Is that included in the subscription (download ODIS and use a j-box)?

Now if it gives us some cool functions using the odis to diagnose that would be worthwhile.

CoolAirVw Rm Yeah, you'd definitely have to do a lot of flashing to make it worth it. We've been sending customers to the dealer when we suspect a flash is needed / outstanding or a tsb points us in that direction. It would be helpful to be able to confirm 100% that that is the case. . and to also have the option to do it in house.

Can you swap out at ECM with the last two letters not the same Mine are DA and I have a DN used ECM can I use that same other numbers 0004

Does the dealer let you take their tool to other locations? You own your own?

So, odis with cable, odis subscription and few bits. Is there any way to update it offline without internet? Can you update a module with Vag-Com?

I think you would need a disc for offline updating. And I don't think vagcom can do that. Not exactly sure

I got problems with mi tcm water damage... i hot new use computer and harness(same tcm number and harness) but everything looks fine no limp mode buuuut no communication!!! You know whats that mean? 2005 passat b5.5, my cuestion is... is really necessary reprogramming?

Dude I need your help updating my ecu or flashing ecu. Fuel pump isn’t kicking on I changed relays, pump motor. I’m stuck I’m thinking it’s ecu related now . 03 Passat Gls manual. Any advice would be helpful!

How did this car run ok from 2004 till now? Its not the software, it was ok for 14 years, its the engine components (elec, mechanical, etc.) which got busted. Its easier to play on laptop then going to the real thing and put the hands at work on the engine. I am talking about VW.
