Hi Danilo, those mosquito nets are referred to here in Canada as 'screens' and we often think of netting as something you might put over a hammock or bed in the woods. Great vid! Great price!

Danilo it was your enthusiam that made me keep watching... because at first I thought the owners should clean it up more, remove some of the storage mess, and the landscape was sort of poorly maintained. But then later you showed how nicely renovated the property is. It looks like a decent value, especially if the buyer does not like to do any big renovation projects themselves. This house can still have some small projects to add more character, just right amount of effort (low). Thank you for including some homes like this at a price point below 1M euros. Ciao

Your videos are always so relaxing to enjoy. Your speech itself is calming. The Homes you show are like pieces of Art. The only thing I would change about this home is, the table in the kitchen takes up too much room, and makes it looks small, when in reality, it has plenty of room to move around. 3 Tables in such an area seems unnecessary. I had a feeling you were thinking the same thing, but you can not say it. Haha

I'm sorry, but I just have to say, "my gawd you are/have a beautiful countenance, Danilo." You carry yourself so well. My dream is to buy one of your homes just for the moments with you. (While I absolutely love all of the homes you show, I'd rather live in a guest house with a great view of the sea.) I want to die an ex-pat. I'm drawn towards Niue and sleeping under the Southern Cross or my grandparents homeland, Italy. I'm 70 and 2026 is my year to leave the U.S.A.

Looking at many comparable properties in the region..It is a very high in price. Great lighting, lovely amenities, energy features and definite selling plus. In Need of landscaping. Kitchen is disappointing for such a home. Film adjacent plot and fencing. Buddha statues odd.
