This is the most ...beautiful... and moving speech I've heard in my entire life. It made me cry when I noticed the writing behind her saying '1992', as I realized that this happened 21 years ago, and nothing has changed for the better since then. We feel like heroes, saying 'Oh, soooo true, OMG I love her, she's so brave, I totally agree with her!' --but we are nothing more than the talkers she talks about, we don't take action. It's so very depressing to realize we're useless.
