I would love to see a magical coffee shop/book store in the world of realm of magic. Really cluttered, with books everywhere, antiques and cool bits and pieces from random places, maybe collected by the owners all around the world. With colorful lights, crystals, wore down rugs and mismatched furniture 😍

Love this community lot! I know a while ago you did a huge community lot in Magnolia Promenade. Some ideas for more community lots would to revisit that idea and spilt some of the activities up across neighborhoods. Like a modern looking bowling alley/arcade/ karaoke lounge in San Myshuno for teens. It would be nice to have more interactive activities for the teens to do in the city. For families: An ice skating rink for Christmas/ Winterfest gameplay in Windenburg. It could be a small cafe build with the ice skating rink on the lot or a retail lot for holiday shopping and have a coffee stall for warm drinks with the ice skating rink as well. Or a combo of both? The possibilities are endless lol

Oh! Maybe a shop for occult or homemade things in Glimmerbrook. (Like candles, herbalism concoctions, wood carvings, voodoo dolls, some simple potions, curios and items from the paranormal stuff pack, maybe a few artifacts from jungle adventure, some small crystals and rocks, herbs/wolfsbane- unique seeds/flowers, etc.) I don't see enough of these builds on the gallery. Oh! And the shop is like in the shape of an old Victorian house with a secret basement or passage and dusty attic from when spellcasters actually lived there. Maybe the person who owns the retail lot really likes the occult or they recently inherited it from a now dead/distant relative.Basically the shop gives off small/old and intimate vibes.

Thank you for this. I personally only play one family and then add in townies that I evict so that they are npc's so I don't need all those homes in my save. I prefer tons of places to go have gameplay instead. I would love for more community lots even if you did a new saved game that focuses on gameplay instead of so many homes for sims I will never play as. Beautiful builds of course, I just don't need so many families and homes taking up all the space when I would rather have tons of things for my sims that I play as to do. I wish we had indoor skating rinks, indoor ice skating rinks, arcade centers, movie theaters, ice cream shops, better karaoke bars, a save with every different type of restaurant theme you can imagine including the star wars themed restaurant with waiters dressed as characters/aliens (finally get some use out of that pack). We have so little space and so few things to do because EA just reskins things instead of making new animations/objects with new purpose. So, I vote for a save game that has the pre-made families with makeovers and club system used for them to fill up a world full of community lots for my one and only sim household that I play with. I would love to see clubs of sims dressed for the type of club they are in like if you had Trekkies dressed for a event that uses Star Wars items... or a 50's dinner/movie theater and the clubs that visit the lot (as their base) dress in 50's clothes when they have meetings at the hangout and staff dresses based on the theme too! Just an idea. LOL Love this restaurant and can't wait for my sim to be invited out to eat here! 🤩

I'm not sure if you ever have but you should renovate the Hare and Hedgehog Cafe in the modern district of Windenburg. You could make a super trendy cafe on that lot for your save file. Love this build by the way!

As an idea for a future community lot, I got annoyed recently with having a freelance botanist sim who needed access to a microscope for one of their work-from-home tasks, as there was nowhere in their home to put one. I ended up building a community science centre/maker space so I could send her there to do the task.

This is absolutely stunning, I love it! You should definitely build a coffee shop in Britechester or Windenburg, maybe using Cold Brew by Pierisim! I'd also love to see a wine tasting build using the new CC pack by Tuds, it comes with incredible wine cellars! Maybe if you did CC restricted buildings (maybe even following what I said before), it could help others to download your incredible builds easily! I'd definitely love to see that 🥰
