How long is the cord? Also, could you leave this run for several days in a bedroom?
@theresatrickforthatАй бұрын
The cord is very short…3 feet max and might be shorter than that. Yes, you can run it all day in a bedroom. Thanks for watching!

For that hour of running time - how many watts/kilowatts did it use? We are going to be fulltime RV while we build a home in Northern Nevada... we plan on picking up a 4.6 kilowatt power system and I would like to know how well on of these would perform for an RV bedroom. Great video!! Thank you for posting!

I did not measure the energy consumption in this video. But you might want to check this one out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aobLmKOpn5Wfn9Usi=LLpHAzJ4U6oPB7uV Thanks for watching!

Doesn’t the ef wave 2 itself heat up? If yes it will heat up the room while the ac is running? And where do you run the water?
@theresatrickforthat4 ай бұрын
Yes, it does heat up at the back end and so do the exhaust hoses which is why lots of people use insulation to help mitigate that issue. The condensate water either has to gravity drain outside or into some kind of container or drain. In my case, I live in the desert so humidity is not very high so the feature where the wave 2 sprays the condensate water on the hot coil and evaporates it into the exhaust air works great for me and I don’t have to worry about draining it. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for making this video! I’m getting one of these and the battery from a refurbished sale on eBay in order to augment my AC for my office room (there’s a baby data center that lives in it, so I cannot freeze the whole family). Hoping I can see some similar results as well on battery turning it on as needed 🙂

Super disappointed with this unit. Only cools about 18 degrees so if it’s +90° out it will only get down to 72°. VERY lackluster performance and it doesn’t feel cool at all.

You definitely need to understand its limitations to be able to have it perform properly. Check out my hot car testing video and you’ll see it struggles. Thanks for watching!

Would be better to see when starting with room at 85 degrees or more rather than the initial comfy temps started with.
