The problem with all games and monetisation... is people are buying these bundles!! If no one was buying £30 bundles then they wouldn't be £30. Every game I play now I complete the battle pass first before buying it, because there are so many games I've bought the battlepass for and not completed. It's definitely a biproduct of the game pass release. The only reason I picked CoD back up after 8 years is because I already had game pass. They have to re-coop as much as they can, and I'm still playing. I bought the battle pass, and one bundle, because I thought they were cool. Otherwise, since I have game pass, I'm gonna keep playing it, the multiplayer has mostly been fine and fun for me

I don’t really I understand the issue here I get boycotting it to try and make a change but if you don’t like the prices just don’t buy the cosmetics. I’ve played every COD and never bought extra in game items or DLCs, I finally bought my first battle pass for cod on BO6 because I had leftover Cod Points from F2P on previous games but I could take or leave what I got from there it dosent really effect my enjoyment of the game. Is it possible they were against Activision’s orders/Xbox and so now when their next game releases in 2027 if it happens, that could have a much bigger design change when it comes to events and micro transactions. Cheaters and the confusing SR gain based on a hidden MMR killed all ranked hype once you get kinda close to your hidden rank it cuts SR gain to nothing and then you gotta grind which is their goal to create player retention however with cheaters you gotta pray you don’t get too many games vs cheaters because it will cost you SR and mess up your hidden MMR

I don't think this has anything to do with XGP. This game like you should know were in the making before XGP. Moreover, MW2, MW3 did you played? Many crossover events were about micro-transactions. XGP does bring more gamers to COD, but I do agree with the boardbane connection servers, the cheaters, and the lack of QA to make sure the game is at least smooth. They are the major issues.
