To liberate a group of people from enslavement but not provide them with access to land and then to credit to acquire the capital goods necessary to work the land is to doom these people to pseudo-slavery. The need to beat the dead horse of the destructive character of a rentier dominated society has not disappeared.

What would you say is the current result of the U.S.'s unique history of labor relations? Are there huge differences in the way the working classes live here, compared to comparable countries?

Any laws that constrain the freedom to choose are a sort of slavery. So what about a law that constrains me from choosing to become a full fledged slave. If I want to be a slave and you tell me that I cannot so where is the freedom of choice?!

We are still slaves today, not in the old sense, but we are to the finance industries.
