Overall love the set, effects, editing, sound quality, script and quality of the videos. There's some grammar/language issues, but you could spend hours perfecting scripts (and even changing accent) then people hate it cos it doesn't feel genuine. Keep growing and thanks!

Better internet means more Zimbabweans can monetise the internet - for example this youtube channel. Or, people using their English skills to freelance online. So, these companies will actually build their customer base by offering cheaper packages with bigger/unlimited caps. (It's also cheaper for them to buy international bandwidth in bulk). It makes you wonder why they were so happy to deprive everyone else whilst focusing on squeezing big dollars from their few customers?

What's the point of having an Econet shop that can't help you with an issue? That's why I'm never dealing with Econet again. If it were possible to get a starlink sim card and keep my phone number I would. Terrible network, terrible customer service.

However, I know they were there for the paycheck (and were mistreated in some cases)… so now survival is going to bring all that talent to startups (and even they…l am confident, will be choosing Starlink as well). It’s a negative flywheel for Econet, but they too shall have to dig deep, work on customer experience in earnest. I wish them well in this new era. I don’t even use EcoCash anymore, innBucks innovated and placed customers at the center of their brand. I hope that expressed my sentiment clearly.
