A lot of the people I talked to that live in Harare already had starlink through roaming packages they bought putatively on Zambian subscriptions. I think most (all) of these rapidly shifted to a native zim plan, which is why Harare went to capacity so quickly lol

Is smart biz a mobile based internet service? If so, it may be that there is just so much demand that they are running out bandwidth on the network to keep up with demand. Just check if the service is still throttled during off peak times. Otherwise if they have throttled it on purpose thats just consumer fraud.

I play FIFA online I use Econet. Using usb tethering I get a stable 35ms to 41 ms ping which is fine for FIFA. I do recommend Liquid or Telone. Liquid best I seen is 18ms and Telone got a stable 22ms ping

Think about what you saying bro, Starlink is a global product... they had to fly freaking hundred and hundreds of satellites so to be able to give you those speeds and specification, and your assumption is Econet can create a product for 50 bucks that gives 50Mbs per sec....unlimited ???... like so why did Starlink even go through all that if its easy to achieve.
