The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

The move-in of the Mid range and the high end move from Suburbs towards Downtowns. It's like Reorientation of Floorspace Values Culturally and Economically for the Fixed highend prices that get from the UrbanSpaces towards Downtowns.

this guys piece of you no what. We have m2 doing what it hasnt done since the great depression it started to drop fast in 2022 a 90+ year record he hasnt even lived thru it hes got his eyes wide behind the camera ....

When people give up on the idea of saving for a downpayment on a home in the present they will likely spend the money for other things which will help keep consumer demand elevated.
