Hey I admit I was wrong but congress is only suppose to lay taxes for the general welfare of the United’s states and my taxes go to Ukrainian and into a check I won’t see to 65 years old even if I make it that far, into a road with 18 potholes you can’t even drive on.. How do you figure? Since inflation drives the cost of borrowing up, the government pays more to finance the national debt. Inflation is too much money chasing too few goods. Period. Too much money is caused by low interest rates on borrowing - in other words, "easy money" (monetary policy favored by conservatives.) It is also caused by low levels of taxation - tax policy favored by people who want the government to spend a lot of money on stuff but they don't want to pay for it themselves thru taxation (another fiscal policy favored by conservatives.) Sorry, but you can't have it both ways. You can't have easy money and low taxes with only modest growth in productivity and NOT have inflation. It simply doesn't work that way. That's not politics, that's macroeconomics in a capitalist society.

That inflation statistic has been manipulated. Your gas is more than 100% inflated, your groceries are 50-150% inflated, and your savings purchase power has been significantly deflated by far more than that number.

Yeah, but most people who claim the correct way on their federal income taxes with the claiming of money taken out there, check you get that money back, so if you're trying to avoid taxes all year coming out of your cat, you're gonna owe money at the end of the year if you do it the. Right way, you're gonna end up with money back. Or you're gonna end up owing a couple $100 if you're a average worker. Now the stuff affects poorer average workers. All these things affect professionals like lawyers and doctors and accountants who work for firms and are employees. They're the ones who pay the bulk of the taxes in this country, not the top one %, and not the bottom 50 something percent. Because it's the people in the middle. Who are always the ones that are paying the taxes because the people below. If they got kids are getting earned and concrete, a lot of them live on welfare and food stamps most of the year and get a little job for a couple months to be able to get. It 3 to $7000 back in taxes. And 75% of tax filers use the standard deduction, which helped a lot of people with the earn income credit. Also, which costs more money. Then you have all the earn income credit scams. Because you can only claim I think up to 3 kids for it to benefit you. The fourth kid don't benefit you, so you got one of your family members to claim your kid. From the time they're born to the town, they're 18. Year after year after year, getting that 3 to $7000 depending on their own tax liability. And the cycle continues. Is it done cry? Oh, poor single poor mom's boo hoo hoo. Yeah, right there, the biggest freaking scammers and workers of these programs you ever meet? I know cause my niece's water bomb. She got 6 kit's a full-time job. Taking care of our kids and applying and getting all these free stuff. All the ti'm, it's actually made it easier for them. Cause a lot of stuff is online now you can apply for everything online.

I meant to ask Sleepy Joe to raise the price oaf a barrel another $100.00. When Sleepy Joe cam to work the first day he shut down drilling etc. Within a year gas prices went up from about $2.25/gal to nearly $5.00/gal. To us hicks Idaho Sleepy Joe did that!. And, while you are so interested in educating me & the other Hicks at the Heritage Foundation. Also please explain: 1. Shut down the pipe from Canada, even though crooked Hillary ok'd it 2. Why Sleepy Joe spent about 1 1/2 years trying to convince Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, & most of all our good friends in Iran who shout death to the American dogs every chance. Changing government spending is a HUGE factor in lowering inflation. Did you know that during the Obama/Biden and Biden/Harris times that over 50% of our national debt was created. Look it up while Joe is in office government spending is far quicker than any other time except during Covid for relief checks. And BTW when Joe says he lowered the deficit, he just took out the money that went to relief checks during covid. That's why he can only claim his first year he lowered the deficit and 3 years on he still trys to refer to that because he has done nothing to stop the spending
