Thank you very much for the video ,I watched your video and I have the same model and same issue and exact same side that the IR sensor is not working . I opened up the deebot and found the same component damaged and the connector strip damaged.I wanted to know from where I can order the replacement part in Germany. Many thanks for the help

Unfortunately, I don't know if you can order it from Germany. The part model is 2SD1766 (SOT-89-3, marking code DB, DBP, DBQ, DBR). @@techfixPOV it is necessary to give solutions to the people to stop throwing everything in the garbage! I already did the first step, balance the cells, doing it at the cheapest = a 12V lamp > and discharge cell by cell to have the same voltage ( 0 euro ). But the BMS of the battery must be cracked with the PICKit 3 module, that I ordered on Aliexpress. I wait to receive it to unlock the BMS
