Thanks so much for this very useful video! It helped me repack it perfectly for its return to Amazon. I know they sell secondhand items so the next owner won’t have a mess to deal with :-) BTW I returned it because the app mapping is so soul destroying that I basically cannot use the machine. There are so many glitches and problems with the app. I wish I’d read Reddit forums before purchasing! The vac is fine but the app is unusable!
